Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for eligible distance contracts.
For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, special rules apply.
Immediate Digital Delivery
Our digital products may be made available immediately after payment.
If you request immediate access to your digital product, you will be asked to expressly consent to the performance of the contract beginning before the expiry of the statutory withdrawal period.
You will also be asked to acknowledge that, once performance begins with your consent and the applicable legal requirements are fulfilled, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Technical Problems and Defective Products
If:
- your download does not work;
- the file is corrupted;
- you receive the wrong product; or
- a technical problem caused by us prevents you from accessing your purchase,

We will investigate the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable law.
Voluntary Refunds
We do not provide an additional voluntary “change of mind” refund guarantee for correctly supplied digital content after the statutory right of withdrawal has validly expired.
This does not affect any mandatory statutory rights.
Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal
Where you still have a statutory right of withdrawal, you can inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement.
