2. Digital Products
Improve Your Way offers digital educational products, including PDF guides, eBooks, and downloadable resources about starting a business, exploring online income opportunities, creating digital products, and developing relevant skills.
The product page describes what is included, the language, file format, price, and any specific technical requirements or access restrictions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, products are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped. Individual coaching, consulting, and personalised advice are not included unless specifically listed in the offer.
3. Orders
Before submitting an order, please check the product description, total price, and your contact details.
The checkout button indicates when placing an order creates an obligation to pay. A purchase contract is formed when we send an order acceptance confirmation or provide access to the purchased product, whichever occurs first. An automated message acknowledging receipt of an order does not by itself constitute acceptance unless it expressly confirms acceptance.
If we cannot fulfil an order, we will inform you and refund any payment collected for it.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into the purchase contract under the law applicable to you.

5. Digital Delivery and Technical Requirements
Digital products are supplied through the download method and within the delivery timeframe stated on the product page or at checkout.
Please provide a valid email address and check your spam or junk folder if an expected delivery email does not arrive.
PDF products require a compatible device and software capable of opening PDF files. Any additional compatibility requirements, download limits, or access expiry dates will be disclosed before purchase.
If you cannot access your purchase, contact improveyourway.business@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We will investigate and provide appropriate assistance.
6. Licence and Permitted Use
Unless a product expressly includes a different licence, your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the material for your own learning and internal business planning.
You may apply the ideas and methods you learn to your own activities or business. Purchasing a guide does not give you ownership of its text, design, images, or other protected content.
Except where permitted by law or an express product licence, you may not:

8. Right of Withdrawal

For digital content supplied without a physical medium, you lose this right when supply begins only if you have expressly consented to supply beginning during the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal. We will provide confirmation of your consent and acknowledgement with your contract confirmation.
Simply accepting our Terms and Conditions does not constitute this separate consent.
If you have not lost your right of withdrawal, you may exercise it by emailing a clear statement of your decision to improveyourway.business@gmail.com before the withdrawal period expires. Please include your name, order number, and order date.
Following a valid withdrawal, we will reimburse payments received for the cancelled purchase within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise expressly agreed, without additional fees.
No Refund Policy
We do not offer voluntary refunds or exchanges for a change of mind or accidental purchase. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.
This policy does not affect your statutory withdrawal rights or your rights if digital content is defective, not delivered, or does not match its description. Consumers outside the EU/EEA retain any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.
