Improve Your Way sells original digital products, including PDF guides.
2. Digital Products
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all products sold through our website are digital products.
No physical product will be shipped.
The content and main features of each product are described on the respective product page.
3. Orders
Products displayed in our online store constitute an invitation to place an order.
Before submitting an order, customers can review and correct their order information.
By clicking the final order button, the customer submits a binding order and agrees to pay the displayed total price.
After the order has been successfully completed, the customer receives an electronic order confirmation.
4. Prices and Payment
The applicable price is the price displayed on the website at the time of purchase. The total amount payable is displayed before the order is submitted.
Available payment methods are shown during checkout.
Payments may be processed by external payment service providers.
5. Delivery
Digital products are normally made available after successful payment through a download page, download link, customer account and/or email.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct email address and using a device capable of opening the relevant file format.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchased digital products are licensed for the customer’s personal use only.
Customers may not, without our prior written permission:
- resell or redistribute the product;
- share the purchased file or download link with others;
- upload the product to other websites or file-sharing services;
- reproduce the product for commercial distribution;
- claim our original content as their

7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal. Special rules apply to digital content supplied electronically.
Where the customer requests immediate access to digital content, the customer may be asked to expressly consent to performance beginning before the end of the statutory withdrawal period and to acknowledge the resulting loss of the right of withdrawal once the legal requirements are fulfilled.

8. Technical Problems and Defects
If a purchased file is defective, corrupted, inaccessible or the wrong product has been supplied, please contact us at:
